Real Estate Roots Dating Back to 2007
With real estate roots dating back to 2007, I bring both experience and a deep understanding of the transaction process to every client I serve. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively as part of a high-performing team, supporting clients and agents as an office administrator, closing assistant, showing agent, and contract specialist. From writing and negotiating contracts to guiding transactions through closing, I’ve been involved in every detail of the process.
Known for my attention to detail, organization, and calm approach, I believe clear communication and strong advocacy make all the difference in a successful real estate experience. My experience extends to first-time home buyers, sellers, investors and folks going through the probate process.
I understand firsthand how emotional and stressful real estate transactions can be. My goal is to guide and support you every step of the way by being a resource and keeping you informed about the process so it’s as simple and stress-free as possible.
If you’re purchasing your first home, an investment property, relocating to the Wilmington area, downsizing, or navigating the probate process for a loved one’s estate, I’m here to make the process as smooth and informed as possible.
A little about me personally: I’ve been married for over 40 years, have two children, and am the proud grandmother of three. Outside of real estate, I love being outdoors — especially spending time at the beach — as well as crocheting and baking for family and friends. I look forward to helping you navigate your real estate journey with confidence, care, and results.
Helping families navigate probate real estate situations requires patience, understanding, and experience. My goal is to help executors and families handle the real estate portion of the estate as smoothly as possible.
A Dedicated Advocate for Families in Transition
When a family member passes away, the last thing anyone wants to worry about is the logistics of selling a home. That is where I come in. I specialize in helping executors, administrators, and families navigate the real estate side of the probate process with clarity and compassion.
Over the years, I have worked with dozens of families facing the unique challenges that come with inherited property. From coordinating with attorneys and title companies to managing property preparation and marketing, I handle the details so that families can focus on what matters most.
I believe that every family deserves a real estate professional who truly understands the probate process and who will take the time to explain each step along the way. My commitment is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
